Having left college qualified in food technology and bakery crafts, Sally developed a flair for cake decorating.

This started as a hobby but an increasing demand resulted in the establishment of Pipedreams Cake Design in 1989.

Our modest beginnings consisted of a small showroom and kitchen, but to cope with a growing number of orders, additional expertise and experience was required which led to Karen, our Studio Manager, joining the team.

Then we have Di & Pat who look after the front of house. They will help you through our range of cakes, stands and decorations, calling on the Design Team for technical and artistic backup when needed.

In 2002, the opportunity for further expansion to our premises arose and we now have facilities compatible with the number of clients we attract.

Finally there is Sue, who is responsible for baking our delicious fruit cakes, decorating our corporate orders and supporting the Design Team.
